Handling the entire recruiting cycle - souring, screening, interviewing and placing qualified talent for permanent/full-time positions (Atos Syntel for BFSI domain and Infosys).Follow-up the candidate till offer letter to deliver the candidate at client location (follow up for document, drug test report, joining date, etc.) Familiar with collecting and verifying documents for US Citizenship, Green Cards, TN Visa, H1-B, E3 Visa, H4-EAD, L2-EAD, TN-Permit
Reporting to Account Manager
Experience in using different sourcing channels like job portals (Dice, Job Diva, Indeed, Career Builder, Ceipal, Monster, and LinkedIn, etc.), referral, personal contacts, & social networking sites, etc. MS Office tools and search string experience, Resume Search, Screening, negotiating, client relationship. Sourcing candidates through job postings on the job portals, candidate referrals, in-house databases, and personal networks or from the user/technical groups on the internet.
Short-listing and pre-screening of potential consultants in terms of their qualification, communication skills, work experience, remuneration & basic technical experience which helps in validating the resumes and suitability of the candidate. Sourcing candidates through job postings on the job portals, candidate referrals, in-house database and personal network or from user/technical groups on the internet. Short-listing and pre-screening of potential consultants in terms of their qualification, communication skills, work experience, remuneration & basic technical experience which helps in validating the resumes and suitability of the candidate. To ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are met as mutually agreed with operations and other key stakeholders. Knowledge of contractual terms like 1099, W2, Corp-to-Corp. Establish relationships with consultants in specified region Deal with full time/Permanent requirements.
